What does the name 'ProMilitaris' mean? |
|
'Pro' means "For". 'Militaris', in Latin form, means "the Military". The two words together mean "For The Soldier".
The ProMilitaris team selected this name for our site because it underlines our desire to create a service dedicated to offering dynamic eLearning services directly to our fellow citizens-soldiers. This site is not designed, sponsored, or offered through any national service or government branch. We are a service developed simply to put educational tools in the hands of the soldiers. The team goal is to see our fellow citizen-soldiers excel in their educational goals and, to that end, we provide our service directly to the good people who protect and serve our country every day.

Do you automatically charge me again at the end of my subscription? |

No. We have no recurring billing. Your purchase is a one-time subscription and we do not bill your card ever again, unless you ask us to. |

How quickly can I access the study guides after I subscribe? |
|
Your access is instantaneous. The moment your charge is approved, our service is updated and your username/password gives you access to your study guide selection. This is a 24 hour service. |

Do you offer refunds? |

We offer a two day refund policy. Beyond that point, you can feel free to email us for consideration or if there is a hardship and you need an extension of your subscription time.
